Really enjoyed this and also enjoyed being able to take time and allow the layers to dry. Things I found especially useful were the tips on drawing up and the suggestion to use the red instead of just water to intensify the colour. Also the suggestion to go back in at the end to darken the background was really good because without that I think I would have left it light and wouldn’t have realised it could be improved. I also learned it’s hard to draw a parrot’s eye without it looking either very silly or very menacing!!
